this blog has really been collecting dust. my last blog was in dec 2010 for goodness sake.

somehow, i feel like blogging all over again. i realised that i do really need the space where i can run my mouth. my mind in fact.

Once we get used to something, it's hard to break the habit. haha! I'm such a procrastinator. No doubt about that. Always having the motivation and determination to do the work at the beginning but then, I'll gradually lose the interest. This is definitely something that I need to work on.

Well, 13 weeks into it and it suddenly hits me. Am I really happy doing research? The answer to that for now is no. What keeps circulating in my head sub consciously are languages and travelling. But, this could be due to the fact that I've been thinking of vacations.

I really have the urge to paint or do some sketches.

Time to get my pencils and paintbrushes!

It's funny when we rewind back to the past. I nearly died laughing and was so embarrassed by some of the words I used back then. such gibberish nonsense! haha! but back then , we really did have more fun eh.. wish I could relieve just a day of it and see the world from a very different perspective. Back then , imagination really does wonders. I know I used to day dream a lot. This part of me still remains though. haha! I'll admit that I'm a dreamer.

well, what's past is past, we can't do anything about it.

we just have to keep moving on.

PS: Seems like we can never make up our minds. it's funny how when we were young, we always wanted to grow up but when that eventually happen, we want to go back to the past. well, this is just my opinion.

Did I make the mistake earlier at some point in my life? Or did I actually make the right choice? The future seems so uncertain to the point that it is scary. Too scary. I guess it really takes courage for one to take the first few steps after making a decision and I really do salute those who have. The only way to know if the choices made are the right ones is by experience. Time will be the deciding factor whether that experience will be a good or bad one.

So, having said that, I guess the main reason why I’m having such a hard time deciding is the fear of failure and regret. I’m going to be in my twenties soon and until now, I haven’t felt that I have been living my life the way I want it to be. I’m not really complaining about it but it’s just that I haven’t done anything that is worthwhile or really given me any sense of accomplishment. Some say I should continue studying and I do acknowledge the importance of it but will it make me a happier person? I want to lead a wholesome life without having to look back in regret. So what is it I really want to do? I don’t exactly know at this point of time but what worries me most is whether I will finally find the elusive path to my future.

i had an awesome day with my two girl friends. catching up each others lives and believe me, i did learn a thing or two to prepare me for the future. hahas, given the chance, im sure none of us wanted to go home. :) will meet up with you girls soon!

this month i made a new friend and also got MY TICKETS!! hahaha! words cant express how happy and excited this is making me feel! hehehe! 23 OCT!! faster come pls! ^ ^

today was a long but fun day. Met up with the poly pple after 3 weeks! we have all been busy with out internship and it wa so nice to see them and find out what has been going on! well, i guess absence do make the heart fonder! well, at least for me, the impact of their absence in my daily life is quite big so yea.. cant imagine what will happen after graduation then, BUT i shall think about it now.. gosh, im not supposed to feel sad today!

watched the movie the other guys with lulu! hahah! it was damn funny and the elements of humour just hits you! i cant help but laugh! The main phrase from Mark Walhberg a.k.a Teddy was " I'm a Peacock! you've got to let me fly" hahaha! and his colleagues were like " did he just call himself a peacock 0.O' well, words doesnt have that much impact, so i recommend that you watched it instead!

due to my own clumsiness, i actually knocked into something this morning and now i have this bluish black mark on my leg! its quite painful actually! hope it gets beter soon!

spent my afternoon watching the biggest loser asia season 2 . it's all about expecting the unexpected eh.. episode 1 was great, looking forward to more fun episodes to come. hmm, while watching the show, i wonder that if i were to join which team will i go to? blue or red? hahas! doesnt really matter actually as long as the weight goes away. kekeke~ i have always enjoy watching the awe inspiring transformations at the end of the show!

also, i tried cooking risotto for the first time on my own today! butter seems like my favourite ingredient to use these days! kinda ironic since i just watched biggest loser and here i am cooking risotto for dinner with butter added! lol! damn it! so anyways, i would say that i was happy with the results and it tasted good but i guess, there's always room for improvement and im just a beginner at this cooking thing. kekeke~

right now, i have so many things on my mind to buy but the moolah always doesnt seem to add up! hahaha! i should really manage my finances better. but the top priority now for me is to try and get tickets to THAT particular concert!!! pls, i hope it happens!

at the cross road once again. which path to choose? the ultimatum to the future i guess. i havent got a clue what i really want to do. decisions decisions... stop messing with my mind. definitely thinking with my heart now.

second week of internship. so far been going smoothly with minor glitches which is pretty normal when we are just learning. im adapting and familiarising myself with the working environment. Im okay with doing research but im not too sure now if it is what i want to dabble in. It's still too early to say.

im happy with my results and hope they remain that way.

on a random now, i wish 2ne1 would come to perform here! i will definitely buy the tickets. they're an awesome girl group!love CL's blond hair! haha! im fan girling! But she looks really chic and pretty with it!

Also, im watching playful kiss now! definitely KHJ bias! kekeke!

2 more papers to go and i'll be done with school for awhile. still got sip to go through as well as major/final project+ presentation before i can finally graduate. hehs. a bit excited for the SIP experience.

the horrors of not sleeping is so evident in my face today. i look so dead and pale!! not to mention the eye bags! really must take care of skin. hahaha, i sound so vain now. but in the wise words of my toto, " It's okay to be a little vain" . but hey, i am at the age where i can start worrying about all these random things.

i'm saving up money now. i hope i can get tickets to the Kpop Live nigh concert 2010! it will be my first concert and really crossing my fingers!! feel like shopping also now but i have to save $$$. I'll make do with what i have first. :) they say, patience will be duly rewarded right. time to find out for myself if that is indeed true. hehs! I've made up my mind. i'm going to try a new hairstyle now.

cant help but think about it. the feeling just came suddenly and it's a bit overwhelming. i thought i was cool with it but the sudden surge of feelings just makes it so difficult to forget. got to keep telling myself that time will heal everything. if i missed the opportunity once, maybe there'll be other chances right? now, the only question is when?i got to be grateful with what i have. i know that so i dont need to be reminded of it but it's just wont be the same. really need some distraction to clear my head about the matter. lucky for me, exams are just a few days away.

im in desperate need of tissues right now! my nose is literally like a leaky pipe . forgive the poor/gross analogy. finally went to the doctor . i need to thank V for patiently accompanying and waiting for nearly 2 hrs with me at the clinic!! without her, i'll probably be damn bored there. during the waiting time, i used up 3 packets of tissues but it wasn't enough!!! haiyoo!!

i'm only frustrated about one thing though. we waited 2hrs and my consultation was done in less than 5 mins! lol!! where's the justice in that? hahas, but i guess i should stop whining since i'm recovering! the cough syrup works wonders cause it makes me drowsy and hence, more sleep for me which is good since i have been sleep-deprived the past few days. maybe that's the reason why i got sick in the first place. lack of sleep= low immune system! i've got to remember and store this point in this big head of mine! teehee~

took the bus and went to TM after my consultation. i started feeling faint and dizzy when we were walking around. decided to cab home. hmm, i should probably get started on my report after 'm done blogging this. But the glee DVDs next to me now is really tempting!! hehs, maybe just one episode~

well, bad news for me again . nope, this time its finalised. hope for the silver lining but nope, i guess i didnt hope hard enough. will not be going to kiwi land anymore. no projects. there, my dream just ended. really trying to stay positive now. i will miss my MC GANG people!!! have fun guys in your respective osip countries!! went to school today. i've started on my TE practical report and i hope to finish 2/3 of it by tonight and finalised everything by tmr. hahas, the dateline that i set for myself to finish the TE logbook is also tmr!! hehe! hope i can finish it quickly and not be distracted! i will start revising for all the coming tests once i'm done with all this.

this month, i really feel like experimenting and cooking new food items. i have been looking through recipes over the net and i cant wait to get started on this new adventure! lol!! i need my two friends with me, V and toto!!

hmm, on the other hand, the possibility seem so bleak now. qouted, "you have to manage your expectations now."

how did i spent my first day fasting. lol! i went to ranjetha's house with toto and we decided to try cooking spicy rice cakes. it was my 2nd attempt actually! lol! i shall not say what the end result was for my 1st! kekeke~ like they say practice makes perfect! i like this trio combination when it comes to cooking! we are able to work well together!

after the successful outcome, we decided to slack in her room. watched the reveal bits of ghost hunters and scared ourselves silly with the EVPs and all. overall, the day went well and finally, i received some good news. * fingers crossed yet again*

went to filmgarde at iluma to watch this yesterday with the usual suspects!! this movie is definitely a 5/5 if not 4.5/5 stars!!! very entertaining from the start till the end! wouldnt mind catching salt 2 if there ever will be one. kekeke! I wasn't a fan of angelina jolie before but her performance in salt was awesome!! i cant think of anyone else to portray salt but her! :)

up next: PRECIOUS.

went out with tya today to parkway parade. finally tried drinking the ice cream milk tea from koi. it was nice. hehe, i like that they had a numbering system to tell the customers when their drink is ready. very systematic and fast.

i woke up today and i receive a not so good but not bad news. they finally emailed back but still no definite answer. hope there will be more good news coming my way~!

i woke up this morning and i was freezing! the weather was so cold! it still is cold now. personally, i love this weather but i really do miss the warmth of the sun. i really wish i had a cup of hot chocolate and a good book to read. it's my idea of rest and relaxation in this kind of weather. teehee~

wow, tmr marks the official last week of my TP school days. the official last day would be 13sept and afterwhich i will be heading off to do my SIP for 5 months. time really flies fast. the feeling that i'm already a senior hasnt sunk in yet but i got to face reality. sigh, reminiscing the past now and i know i have a whole load of awesome people that i will miss.

Im going to be sick yet again with the same signs and symptoms. I dont like the feeling of bing sick. I'm definitely going to hit the sack after blogging this entry. Sleep deprivation equals low immunity? saw an article saying lack of sleep impairs the immune system resulting in higher risk of catching colds.. science much. hahas. but i guess it's true since i'm personally experiencing it now. i will consider going to the doctor if it gets worse by wednesday.

beginning of the 2nd week of school. frankly, sometimes i do hope for SIP to come sooner so i can forget about school work. Then again, i need to brush up on my basics first before stepping into the real world and the future does scares me. a lot actually. right now, i have been thinking of what i'll be doing once i graduate from tp. well, i still dont have the answer to it yet but i pray that hopefully, i'll be able to find the answer soon.

started on my projects as planned. thought the workload was manageable but turns out, i got more than i bargained for. research alone takes half the day off and this is only for the first project. Dont get me started on apel. i'm still having writer's block and i cant think of anything to write for the essay. the constant reminder emails keeps spamming my account and that is annoying to a very large extent. I will do it soon so stop spamming already!!

it's only 930pm now and my eyes are already closing. hmm, maybe it's the weather. hahas! i love the weather today. I love the cold! people must think i'm weird! hahas! recently also, i have been having cravings to eat kfc's eggtarts and starbucks skimmed milk. will go and get one soon.

I’m trying to write what has been going on with my life but it seems like I’m having a writer’s block. Hmm, my blog posts don’t seem that interesting anyways. Haha, I’ll be honest to myself and admit the previous sentence. Honestly, who would want to read about the random ramblings of my life? I’m just technically going through the motions of growing up.

Ok, so I did go to my class gathering to Sentosa. Its fun catching up with them classmates and just having fun playing and laughing together forgetting about all the worries in the world. Loads of pictures were taken from group shots to jump shots to the favourite unglam candid shots! Hahas! After we had enough of the sun and sand, we went to Resort world and yes, more pictures were taken.

Went back home and reality starts sinking in. I think it’s true what they say. Laugh a lot and you'll tend to cry later. So okay, I didn’t cry but I was sort of upset when I got home. It sucks just thinking about it and I shall not do so tonight. I will get over it soon but will I forget? Hmm, nobody knows.

On a much brighter note, I’ll be meeting up with my secondary school friends soon. I’m looking forward to it and I’ll shall end my post now.

i managed to run without stopping for once.

i didnt think much about it BUT SHE WAS RIGHT AND WRONG AT THE SAME TIME!
she predicted that it was close, yes that's true!

BUT IT WAS LIKE NO LONGER THERE AT ALL!!

discovered that they relocated.

i was on the verge of having a hissy fit.

haha, when i think about it now i find the whole thing funny!!

i shall not make rachel angry. She has "powers" predicting!! LOL!!

we window-ed shop in marina sq and suntec.
decided to have dinner at Manhattan Fish market!

In my opinion, the food was awesome and the service was great!

i had the flame platter for 1 and rachel had the king salmon.

wanted to go to the airport.

but took bus 36 in the wrg direction.

finally decide to drop off at parkway and take 15 home.

hahas, we spent like 2 hours sitting in the bus because of the mistake.

went home.

did the usual and now i'm blogging this entry.

school hasnt been that enjoyable now that i think about it.
maybe i havent adapted my mind to it yet or maybe its something else.

wanted to go running today at bedok reservoir but fatigue got the better of me. lol!

today was my first LAST lab session.

had to handle and restrain lab rats.

it's the white ones not the greyish black ones!

my rat was docile and not as aggresive as others.

hahas, it seems to respond well when we keep stroking it.

it's fur is so soft and when i grab it, i could literally feel its heartbeat.

overall, it was a good experience.

but, i'm not going to name it.

just found out recently that doing a resume is not an easy feat.
literally, dug up all my certs tracing all the way back to pri school!
i really got to thank my dad for painstakingly keeping all of them in a file for me!
lol! i knew i lost some certs cause i threw them away thinking that it wasnt that important!

met up with farah E and ndiy today!
played badminton at the court nearby and made friends with a little boy!
hahas! it's been ages since i went out for some exercise!

Inuyasha the final act is finally over after 26 episodes!!
The saga finally ended but it was bittersweet for me!
On one hand, i am glad that they managed to overcome all the adversities but i,
Still find it unbelievable that it is really over! hahahs!
no worries, i'll get over it! hehs!
Inuyasha will be fondly remembered as the first anime that got me hooked!

i need to start packing soon.

i am excited to go for the trip but yet, at the same time, i'm not really looking forward to it.

today, went to the food fair with my UES bud! lol!
i asked her out at the right time since she was hungry also.
despite the heavy downpour, we managed to bus-ed out way to the Expo.

hmm, bought loads of nice food!
the nicest i had was the takoyaki!! prawn and sotong!
and also, the salmon okonomiyaki!!
bought other food like mango beancurd, sata and deng deng.
lol!! of course, i shared all these with chel!
before we left expo, i bought donuts back for the family. hahas!

we then headed to tamp 1 since sis asked me to get the gokusen movie dvd.
sadly, it is not out yet. lol!
chel was thirsty so we had a break at teadot.
she drank her green tea , generous portion!
it was fun hanging out at teadot! lol!! so fun!!

chel didnt go home after that!
instead she hang out at my crib!
we bought vanilla with raspberry ice cream and green tea leaves.
initially thought the green tea was already in powder form!
we had to use the mortar and pestle first to grind them into powdery form.
so we tried making green tea ice cream by mixing them up but the taste kinda weird sia!
either too sweet with just the raspberry taste or too bitter since it's overloaded with green tea!
lol!!! it's okay! we wont give up!! we'll improve on it!

i need to get a job man! argh!! $$$$ these days! sheesh!

back from overnighting in TP for one day. lols!
somehow, the feeling i get is that i stayed over for 3 days instead of one.
maybe i was tired or maybe the day and night just felt so long.
as usual, got home and immediately slept all the way.

right now i am watching the anime vampire knight and vampire knight guilty again!
inuyasha the final act will be ending soon i guess but i cant wait for the next episode !!
It's getting more and more interesting.
i shall be good and wait patiently for the next week to come. yay!

hmm, going out with jeehou and louis later to chai chee.
accompanying them to change some IT product.
speaking of IT stuff, i have a few things i wanna get on my list.

went to school early this morning for the workshop.
damn, the weather was so nice to sleep in.
i kinda miss the smell of rain. hahas!
some people hate it but i loved it! lol!
it beats breathing in a burnt smell in the air anyday.

the workshop was okay i guess.
i was able to keep myself awake during the morning session.
however, the eyes started to get heavier after lunch.
somehow, with the help of sweets and friends ,
i managed to pull through the session without sleeping. hahas!
i immediately slept for an hour or so once i got home.

I'm also very very glad that we could finish the workshop in a day.
So the plans to go sing song tmr is not affected and wont be cancelled.
i have been looking forward to this outing for a long time.
been practicing and hahas, i doubt my singing will blow anyone away!
i sound croaky!! hahah!! gonna have loads of laughs, definitely.

i applied for the crocs expo sale part time job.
hopefully i will be shortlisted. lol!
i seriously need $$$ in my bank account.

spend my sunday sleeping in. hahas!
too tired i guess.
only slept for 3hrs the previous day when i had my macro outing.
from 3am-645am! hahas! journey-ed to the west to lakeside/ chinese garden actually.
had to be there by 9am! strangely, i wasnt so "zombie-fied".
this is my very first outing to chinese garden actually. never been there at all.
the ambience was very zen like. hahas, very peaceful.
after the macro expedition, i headed to sembawang with dorothy, michele, nadiah ong, amanda and her friend zi wei. * hope i got yr name right*.
celebrated michele's belated birthday at the hei sushi there.
tried the chicken katsu don and it was damn nice! hahas! their portion is so generous!
couldnt finish the rice but at least i finished up the side dishes.
fyi,i still owe michele an ice kachang treat! lols!

since we are now on the topic of food, i really want to try spicy rice cakes from korea.
literally drooling when okto showed the korean food section on the show food safari!
hahahas! i think rice cakes are unique and cute! hehs!
anyways, i just finish watching the anime hanbun no tsuki ga noboru sora.
nice anime to watch . just 6 episodes long.

My earpiece gave up on me yesterday.
damn , i hate it when only one side is working!
my left ear hurts!

lucky for me , i got this earpiece free. ( *but it's a good brand!!!*)

time to spend $$ on a new earpierce i guess.
maybe i should change to headphones instead!
i have been considering them actually so the timing my earpiece chose to be spoilt is perfect!
it seems bulkier, i think it will have more resistance with me being it's owner! lol!
seriously, i feel that there are frictions between me and electronics!

been watching TBL- asia edition. i cant wait for the final weigh in!

i'm feeling happy since my CDS is finally overrr!!! yes!!
i have been waiting for this day to come for so long!
finally completed the final presentation and i think we managed to answer the questions posed well. hahas! got my results back also and i didnt failed the test for my cds!
the downside to my happiness is, i got to study for tmr's mbio practical test.
i have no motivation yet but i dont have a choice now do i?
time is ticking and i'll need to get cracking on my studies soon.

ps: cant wait for sunday. reunion with them classmates from year 2003-2007. ;)

due to the unbearable pain,
i finally decided to drag myself to the doctor to get my ulcer treated.
thankfully, the medication worked and the pain had considerably subsided.

there was no school on monday this week.
so i went to the movies with my friends and watched hachiko.
damn, my eyes become watery soon enough and tears just kept falling near the ending bits.
yes, the movie is definitely touching.
the only downside when watching the movie was some guy in my row kept commenting and talking throughout the movie! omg, annoying much.

so today's wednesday and again, there's no school.
i have to spent the day wisely.
i do not wish to have a panic attack when friday comes.

the ulcer near my jaw is really hurting.
so today, i tried the applying salt directly method and it hurts seriously, IT HURTS real bad!!!
A BLOODY CRAZY SIAO MAD PAIN LA SIA!!
finally i understand what people mean when they tell me about the pain.
I didnt really believe that it would be that painful but i take back my words.
on the plus side, the ulcer is not as painful as it was a few days back BUT
the thing is, i got to repeat this method a few more times! Damnnn!!

hmm, school workload is now a bit bearable compared to last week.
finish my cds video shooting so now just need to do the ppt slides.
finish mbio report BUT now have to study for the written practical test.

i spent my time today watching some dvds that sis bought.

amic lab was kinda interesting as we tested the canten food for microbes! lol!
for mct lab today, we had our practical test!
i think it was okay except for one thing!!! hahahah!!
i forgot to wear my shoe cover when entering the MCT lab!!! Doosh!!!
funny thing was, i only realised it when i went out of the lab! lol! awesome right!
but overall, i'm thankful that it is over and i did it within the time limit!

now that the mct lab test is out of the way, i guess it's time to focus on the mbio test this friday! hahas! will start studying for it tmr! not procastinating but tonight, i shall focus more on project work! hehs! ;)

woke up damn early in my context during a saturday morning and attended the seminar in school! the consolation was it was supposed to be a 3hr seminar but it ended in less than an hour!

lols! so yea, went to secret recipe after that and celebrated bryan's 19th!

rushed home after the celebration and headed to joo chiat to meet the little munchkins, rudy and rian!! sis and i decided to meet up with them and their parents to have high tea at carousel!

then headed to 313 and centrepoint!

i know it doesnt sound that tiring in my post but trust me, it was!

especially with one little munchkin being so hyperactive today! ahhaha!

after eating, we took bus 190 to go to my cousins house.

school started at 9am today since there's lab.

hahas! i woke up late but made it to school on time.

sheesh. lab ended in an hour and we had 3 hrs break!

since we didnt manage to get our tetanus jab done,

v, bryan and i decided to get it over and done with.

never knew the area opposite school had many clinics! LOL!

each of us got our jab and paid $20.

it was a good deal as the other clinics charged around $25-$35!!

i money no enough already after paying for all these vaccinations!

hahas!! $40.55 and still counting since i havent had my hep B jab yet!

hope they would mail us the results soon.

school today had been quite productive.

i actually paid attention in the amic lecture.

LOL! this is a huge thing for me considering

i'm always close to shutting my eyes during amic lectures!

i dont know if it's still too early to say this.

hahas, the year's starting off well for me.

we had to go through hepatitis B screening before getting the hep B jab.

hahas! had my very first blood test! the experience?!!

hmm, it was okay for me. it was a mild pain.

i panicked a little when the nurse couldnt find my veins on my right.

she found on my left but they were too fine. lol!

blood results will be out in a week's time.

we didnt managed get our tetanus jab since it was out of stock.

might have to consider going to a private clinic. hehs!

aite, i'm a happy beaver!

call me strange or weird but i dont care! hahas!

next week will be stressful i predict.

It's THURSDAY!!!

Term test is finally over and out for this sem!

2 weeks of break and reality will start sinking in again.

Thinking about the term test papers just ruin my day.

kinda disappointed with myself really.

hmm, as traditioned, went out with the gang to different places today.

first, went to Bugis. had light lunch at LJS and proceeded to Bugis street.

somehow along the way, chel and i got separated from the rest and started wandering around the premises by ourselves.

since chel and i were just wandering aimlessly ,we decided to go to ILUMA.

hahahs!! it was my virgin trip there as qouted by rachel.

i really like the decor. chel and i ended up exploring the top floors and eventually into the arcade.

the Mario racing game is freaking fun! haha!! should try it out.

We then met up with the rest of them and went to Marina Sq.

Bryan finally used his B.I.R.D vouchers on 3 new pairs of collared shirt.

revvy, mich and monky went for their haircut and revvy and mich look different.

be surprised yo!

finally for dinner, we all headed to Lau Pa Sat.

ordered sambal stingray, cereal prawns, kang kong and baby squids.

after dinner, we went to the premises around the s'pore river!

i love the smell of the night air by the river. lol!!

argh!! individual ccp assignment dateline is catching up with me!! i feel stress just thinking about it! need to write 2 essays and i'm having blocks now! i just cant seem to find the article that defines any of the terms!! 3 more days left!! i'm in need of divine intervention!

hmm, today i learnt how to use the haemocytometer in mct lab! quite interesting acty. the loading part was alright but the headache comes when the time comes to count the amount of viable cells. i'm not really confident in my counting skills. the bad news is, this practical would be somewhat involved in my practical test sometime later . the good news is, i still got other lab sessions to practice my skills! i really hope i would improve by then! :) wish me luck!

rachel came over to my house after school today. it was raining and she accompanied me back home with her umbrella! hahahas!! we were talking in the living room when my mum suddenly came back! her first question was " Is your friend eurasian?? the biggest loser reality show is really inspiring!

the prize money is great but really,

i think the contestants are really in it to change their lives for the better.

that's why it's really inspiring to me!

i like watching the transformations! Amazing!

cant wait to catch the biggest loser asia soon!

another show that i would be watching soon would be zoom korea!

hahas! today i'm seriously traumatised after sitting next to pok man in mbio lect!! dont ask!!
so school ended at 4pm! headed to CC and hang out with my VC mates! hehs!! ordered 2 b/w films !! going to test my hands on film cameras now! so excited for it!! muahaha!! the b/w film zx bought me for my bday is still at home collecting dust! so it's time to bring it out! :P

4 hours of break before the start of cds today! had seoul garden lunch with the bryan, perry, v and fida! the weather was freaking cold so the warm sizzling food really hits the spot! hahs!! ate many different types of chicken, fish, dessert and made my own ice kachang which i shared with fidah! lol!! it may not look like ice kachang but the taste is NICE okayy!!

these days laughter seems to be of essence in my school life. it is impossible not to laugh out loud in most occasions with our random jokes and teasing! hahas!! oh yea, did i mention that UNO is back! LOL!!

i feel so bloated!! this is the first time in 2 weeks that i feel so damn full. the kind where you feel that you could just puke any minute! should have stuck to just dessert like V and not ate a meal. hahaha! only v knows what i'm talking about when i said she's being extra mean today. she could have helped me but no, she waited and WAITED till the end ! lol! thanks ah!!

since i'm feeling better, school has been more fun. well, in my opinion that is. just that since i missed out on the lectures the previous week i need to review my notes constantly to understand the new terms. hahas! thankfully, i have yoyo to help me with that. :)

hmm, i can safely say that i'm 90% recovered from my sickness this past week. I'm not going to take any chances and will build on my immune system. more fruits and loads of plain water for me. i shall never take being in a healthy state for granted. when one is sick or in pain, it's really comforting to have the feeling of being healthy back.lesson learnt.

amic project is progressing smoothly at this stage. quite happy with the way things turn out today. the proposal is almost done and now i cant wait to get the lab work started. seems interesting since this is the first time we tried problem solving ourselves for lab work. hehs. :)since i'm on the topic of schoo work now, everything is manageable except for my cds. i still find it hard to grasp some of the psychology concepts. got to work on it.

on a random note, i have yet to catch the movie my sisters keeper. anyone up for it??

i was feeling a bit better after taking my medications. the pain is slowly going away. my appetite is still poor and i'm still sticking to soupy dishes. so yea, i went to school only in the afternoon today. school started at 9am but i went there at 11 plus instead. skipped the 2hr lect for mbio! not that i wanted to skip but the tummy was causing trouble and i was still in a weak state.

hmm, went home at 2pm after mct lect. slept again till 3 plus. yoyo came over to use the desktop. it was fun having yoyo around. lol!! we managed to play a prank on guinny over msn. lol!! sorry guin!! didnt mean t make you suffer for 30 mins. hehe!

projects and lab works are catching up pretty fast now. i hope i can handle the stress.
ps: i'm still having troubles understanding the concepts for my cds! not really liking it at the moment.

i had to cancel my plans to watch my sisters keeper with yoyo today. i feel so sad! i've been looking forward to it since last week! went to the doctor today after i experience recurring abdominal pains for 2 days. the doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning and gave me a day's worth of mc. i'm still contemplating if i should go to school tmr! hmm.. we'll see how it goes.

hmm, attended my first cross-culture psy lect.

i think it's quite informative.

i learned new insights about the different dimensions of culture really.

and, i realised i got to observed my surroundings with more depth.
